Police investigating a tragic collision in Bexley are asking witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
A 33-year-old male pedestrian was killed in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Corsa travelling east on Eastern Way towards Erith at around 5.15 a.m. yesterday (Friday).
The crash occurred near Erith Marshes and the sewage facilities.
Officers and the London Ambulance Service attended. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased on the scene. His nearest of kin have been notified.
The driver of the car is supporting investigators in their investigations. There were no arrests.
