Tribute paid 57 years Bicester man who died in fatal road traffic collision

A man’s family paid tribute to him after he died in a fatal road traffic collision in Bicester.

Jeffrey Williams, 57, of Bicester, was tragically killed in a collision on Monday at the intersection of Middleton Stoney Road and Empire Road.

His relatives stated, “Jeff was known to all of his family and friends as kind-hearted, giving, and loving. He was always willing to serve people and had a positive attitude about everything he did.

“He was a very caring, attentive husband and father to his kid and cocker spaniel, both of whom adored him.

“He was liked by everyone of his family and friends, and he was regarded as a respected colleague by everyone he knew.

“We are grieved by Jeff’s unexpected death, and we will always adore him. “He will be missed by many.”

At this difficult time, we ask that you respect the family’s privacy.

Thames Valley Police continues to urge anyone with information or dashcam footage of this collision or the events leading up to it to come forward.
