Who Is Karol G?
Carolina Giraldo Navarro popularly known as Karol G is a Colombian singer, rapper and songwriter. She is also a reggaeton urban pop artist who has won several awards including one Grammy award, four Billboard Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Award, 10 Lo Nuesto Award and an American Music Award.
She was born in Medellin, Columbia on February 14, 1991 and is the youngest among her siblings. Her mother is Marta Navarro and father Guillermo Giraldo who is a musician.
Career
Karol G came to limelight when she contested in the Columbian reality show “Factor Xs” which she was able to find her way to the grand finale but unfortunately couldn’t win the a ultimate price. She released her debut single “Amor de Dos” in 2013 which featured Nicky Jam.
Karol G released her debut album “Unstoppable” which included hits songs “Hello” and “ Ahora Me Llama. She further released her second album “Ocean” in 2019 which featured renowned artists like Anuel AA, J Balvin and Maluma. She received the award for the Latin Album of the year and Urban Music Album 2023 with her “Mañana será bonito” album.
The popular singer has featured in a Columbian telenovela series “Tarde lo Conoci” in 2018. She has also appeared in reality shows like “Pequenos” and “La Voz” as a judge.

Carol g is the the youngest among her siblings, Jessica Giraldo Navarro who is the oldest is a fashion designer and currently the creative director of the Columbian fashion brand, JGR by Jessica Giraldo.
Veronica Giraldo is currently a therapist and help people with mental health issues.
Katherine Giraldo who is the youngest of the sisters born on December 4, 1996 is a professional colourist, model and a stylist.
Karol G believes family is everything and has a strong bond with her sisters who also support her music.
In 2019 Karol g got engaged to Pueto Rican rapper Anuel AA and made it known to the public after appearing at the Billboard Latin Music Awards with a diamond ring. Unfortunately, she and Anuel broke up in 2021.
She is currently in a romantic relationship with Feid who is also a musician and a songwriter.
