‘Immediately’ – Premier League promising young star, Brighton ace and former West Ham man makes surprise League Two switch to Port Vale

Last season, the 20-year-old made six appearances for the first squad, five of which were in the Premier League.

Benicio Baker-Boaitey has joined League Two Port Vale on a season-long loan.

“We were delighted to see Benicio get his opportunity with the first team last season, and this is now a chance for him to play regularly,” stated Shannon Ruth, head coach of the men’s under-21 team.
“The loans department will monitor his advancement.” We’re hoping for the best for him throughout the campaign.

“I’m really happy to welcome Benicio to Vale Park,” Port Vale FC manager Darren Moore remarked in reference to the loan signing of Benicio Baker-Boaitey. His excellent abilities and passion of competition will greatly increase our possibilities for attacking.

In addition to his skill on the pitch, Benicio possesses the positive outlook and diligent work ethic that Port Vale values. He’s motivated to improve himself and study as much as he can.

“We are grateful that Brighton & Hove Albion entrusted us with one of their best young players,” the player said.

“Everyone is excited to collaborate with Benicio in the upcoming season!”
