BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(YATELEY ROAD, SANDHURST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:
a) Yateley Road, Sandhurst from the junction with A321 High Street for approximately 130m.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via Yateley Road, B3272 Reading Road, Mill Lane, Lower Church Road, A321 High Street, and this route reversed
This order is intended to protect the public and employees while South East Water repairs the carriageway’s frame and covers.
The Order has a maximum length of six months and went into effect today. The shutdown is currently scheduled to take effect on November 15, 2024.
Only when the proper signs and markings are present on the road will this order be in effect.
