A trauma team raced to an incident on a busy street in Glasgow.
Shortly after nine on Thursday, September 19, 999 teams, comprising police and paramedics, were sent to Springburn Road in the North.
Authorities said they were called to a street where a man was discovered hurt.
A trauma team, a paramedic response unit, and an ambulance were dispatched to the scene by the Scottish Ambulance Service in the meantime.
The man was then brought to a hospital to receive medical attention.
After the incident was investigated, no criminal was found.
It is understood that a street-side gas station was the location of the emergency crew call.
“Around 9.15am on Thursday, September 19, 2024, we were called to a report of a man found injured in the Springburn Road area of Glasgow,” a Police Scotland spokesperson stated.
“He was brought to the hospital for medical care.
“Police were called, and no criminal activity was found.”
“We received a call at 9.11am to attend an incident on Springburn Road, Glasgow,” a Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson continued.
“One paramedic response unit (PRU), one ambulance, and a trauma team were sent to the location.
“A patient was taken to the Royal Infirmary in Glasgow.”
