A two-vehicle collision on the Newell Highway near Tomingley in western New South Wales has resulted in the deaths of four individuals.
At approximately 9:20 p.m. on Friday, a crash occurred that resulted in the deaths of four individuals: an elderly man and woman, as well as two guys who appeared to be in their 20s.
The victims’ official identities were still pending.
One of the drivers, a man, was brought to the Dubbo hospital with what seemed to be leg injuries.
We’ll write out a report for the coroner. Police set up a scene of the incident and began their investigation.
All lanes of the Newell highway were blocked, and drivers were asked to stay away from the area.
