A man and two passengers were killed when a car collided with a wall.
The 27-year-old was a passenger in an Audi that collided with the boundary of Houldsworth Mill in Broadstone Road, Stockport, at around 18:00 GMT on Saturday, police said.
Officers said he died on the scene and asked for information.
A male, also 27, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by reckless driving. He remains in detention awaiting questioning.
