A criminal investigation has been sparked by the discovery of a dead man in a Gold Coast parking lot.
The man was discovered dead just after 6:50 a.m. on Tuesday, when he was discovered laying in the Nerang parking lot.
Police have set up a crime scene.
His injuries were not described in detail.
Tuesday morning saw a significant police presence, including forensic investigators who have been searching the area.
A primary school is located across the street from the crime scene.the man has been identified as Gabite Mamy a man from Southport
