A 22-year-old man died in a car crash in Newbury on Sunday morning, according to officials.
Around 5:37 a.m., State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Wallace Hill Road, discovering a totalled 2000 Jeep Wrangler.
Police say Daniel Sweet, of Newbury, was slain.
A pedestrian was killed after being hit by a car in Berkshire. The accident happened in Newbury on Monday evening.
At 5.37 a.m., a bronze Honda CRV collided with a pedestrian on A339 Pinchington Lane. The automobile was heading towards Greenham and had entered the dual carriageway portion between the Burger King and Tesco roundabouts when the collision occurred.
The pedestrian, a man in his thirties, sustained serious injuries and died at the scene. The driver stopped at the scene of the crash and no arrests have been made, however, Thames Valley Police has launched a witness appeal.
