It happened at the junction of Astley Lane and Smorrall Lane
A collision with an automobile at a Bedworth intersection left a guy with potentially life-threatening injuries. The West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS) said that it received 999 calls yesterday regarding the collision at the intersection of Smorrall Lane and Astley Lane.
An ambulance was dispatched to the scene of what was reportedly an accident between an automobile and a pedestrian, according to a WMAS spokesperson. Medics discovered that the pedestrian, a guy, was hurt.
The man, who has not been identified, was given treatment at the scene. He was then taken to the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further care.
The WMAS spokesperson said: “We were called to reports of an RTC at the junction of Astley Lane and Smorrall Lane in Heath, Bedworth at around 7.55am. An ambulance was sent to the scene where, on arrival, crews discovered a car and a pedestrian had been involved in a collision.
“The pedestrian, a man, was treated for potentially serious injuries and conveyed to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further treatment.”
