A person is severely sick after being hit by a car in Glasgow’s West End.
According to police, the incident occurred at approximately 14:00 on Friday on Duntreath Avenue, near the intersection of Great Western Road.
The 42-year-old was transported to the city’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital with critical injuries but couldn’t survive and has been pronounced dead.
The crash did not hurt the driver of the automobile, a silver Ford Kuga.
Sgt. Andrew Coutts continued: “We believe there were a number of people around at the time of the crash and we are asking anyone in the area at the time who can assist with our investigation to get in touch.”
