On Sunday, September 1st, and Monday, September 2nd, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., the A164 between the Skidby roundabout and the Jock’s Lodge junction will be blocked. A Northern Power Grid overhead cable diversion requires the closure.
On weekdays, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., temporary traffic lights will be installed on the A164 to facilitate safe work completion until the project is finished.
On the A1079 dual carriageway portion, there will be lane closures from Monday, September 2nd, until Tuesday, September 11th.
The A1079 will be blocked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. on Tuesday, September 2nd, to Monday, September 11th, from the Killingwoldgraves roundabout to the Dunswell roundabout.
A contraflow cannot be installed without the closure. The dual carriageway portion of the A1079 will have a contraflow starting on Monday, September 11 and lasting till further notice.
In the impacted locations, there will be a 30-mph speed limit during the project.
