Man found dead outside Farnborough shopping centre car park this morning

Paramedics contacted police to the car park on Tuesday morning.

A guy has died in a shopping centre parking lot near the Surrey border. At around 7.45 a.m today, paramedics contacted police to Farnborough, Hampshire, due to concerns about the man, who was in his 70s.

The incident occurred near the Meads Shopping Centre car park. Hampshire Police have stated that the death is not being investigated as suspicious.

The man’s family has been informed of his death, and the case will be handed over to the coroner in the coming days. A Hampshire Police spokeswoman stated, “We were called at 7.45 a.m. today to a report of a man’s welfare near the Meads Shopping Centre car park in Farnborough.”

“Officers responded to the location and coordinated with ambulance personnel. Sadly, a local guy in his 70s was pronounced deceased on the spot. His death is not being investigated as suspicious, and his family has been notified. “A file will be prepared for the coroner in due course.”
