The injuries are severe and appear to be life-threatening.
A man was rushed to the hospital following a taxi crash. Last night police responded to reports of an accident in Swinton.
According to GMP, a car collided with a cab on Manchester Road. The force received reports of the collision about 11.50 p.m.
Photos from the site show significant damage to the front of both automobiles. Police personnel were also seen on the site.
A man was sent to the hospital, but his injuries are not life threatening. No arrests have been made yet, although investigations are ongoing.
According to a GMP spokeswoman, “at around 11:50pm last night, police were called to reports of a collision on Manchester Road in Swinton.” Investigations are ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.
“One man was taken to hospital with injuries although thankfully these are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.”
