A 42-year-old woman and a 15-year-old child were killed in a crash in Oldham. A 13-year-old child sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. A man has been arrested in the case.
Officers responded to reports of an incident on Ripponden Road around 4 p.m. on Saturday.
According to the police, a woman and a teenager travelling in one of the automobiles perished at the site.
A 35-year-old guy, who was the sole occupant of the second car, identified as a BMW X5, was apprehended at the site.
According to authorities, he remains in detention for questioning.
Police are appealing for anyone with dashcam, mobile phone, CCTV or doorbell footage from the area to come forward.
