A 60-year-old driver was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Norfolk’s A47.
National Highways stated the serious incident at 6.08 a.m. closed the road between the B198 near Wisbech and the A17 near King’s Lynn.
Norfolk Police reported a collision between two cars and a van at the Pullover roundabout in King’s Lynn.
The driver of one of the cars, a man in his 60s, died at the scene of his injuries.
The driver of the second automobile, a man in his fifties, was rushed to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for critical injuries.
At the time, the road was closed in both directions, and drivers were advised to take alternate routes.
All roads have now reopened.
