After her brother Michael Carroll won £10 million in 2002 from a winning National Lottery ticket, Zoe Carroll received £1 million. Her body was discovered at her King’s Lynn, Norfolk, home.

When her brother won £10 million in 2002, Zoe Carroll, then 43, received £1 million. At her Norfolk house in King’s Lynn, she was discovered dead.
Although an inquest into her death is still underway, the Coroner’s Service in Norfolk confirmed to the Mirror that the cause of death was cocaine use and heart arrest.
Social media users showered the “amazing” mother of four with tributes.
Someone said, “Sending hugs to all family members.” Zoe was a remarkable individual who will always be cherished. She made my youth brighter and more beautiful, fly high, and for that I will always be grateful, girl.”
“I love you Zoe and wish I could bring you back,” said an additional person. It’s unbelievable that I will never again see your face.
“I will always treasure the memories we shared together. You were one of the bravest, strongest ladies I’ve ever encountered. Rest in paradise, my darling, till we cross paths again. I will always love and miss you.”
