On Wednesday, August 21, at 2.07 a.m., the fire department in Bradford reported a house fire at a property on Westbury Road. West Yorkshire Police was contacted.

Two girls and a boy were among the three youngsters who were sent to the hospital after one mom was declared deceased at the scene.

Since then, the three kids have passed away in hospitals from the burn injuries they sustained.
The four fatalities have now been identified by West Yorkshire Police as 29-year-old Bryonie Gawith and his three daughters, Aubree Birtle, 22 months, and Denisty, 9 years old.
Under suspicion of murder, a 39-year-old male who suffered critical injuries in the fire was taken into custody in what authorities suspect to be a “domestic-related” event.

Floral wreaths placed close to the spot serve as a tribute to the victims.

The home’s neighbours on Bradford’s Westbury Road reported hearing “screams” from inside after a dozen ambulances and five fire engines arrived shortly after two in the morning.

Other witnesses reported seeing smoke “billowing out of the house” and smelling “burned rubber” as the building caught fire.

Tracy Brabin, the mayor of West Yorkshire, described the occurrence as “heartbreaking” in her remarks.

The speaker expressed her sorrow over the deaths of Bryonie Gawith and his three children, Denisty, Oscar, and Aubree Birtle, who perished in a house fire in Bradford early this morning.

“Their loved ones, friends, and the larger community are in our thoughts, as is everyone else in West Yorkshire.

“As enquiries are ongoing, I would encourage anyone with information to contact West Yorkshire Police.”
