Men from Millwall, Sheffield Wednesday, and Barnsley are said to be joining Harrogate Town during the summer transfer window.
Following an incredible ascent from the non-league football ranks, Harrogate is gearing up for their fifth season in the English Football League. Although the team may no longer receive regular promotions, they have shown remarkable stability at the League Two level.
Before the 2024–2025 campaign, Simon Weaver won’t be resting on his laurels, though. defender Zico Asara, who has been capped by England C, is the most recent addition to the Sulphurites’ roster.
The team lost Rod McDonald and Abraham Odoh, but they also added Queens Park Rangers’ Stephen Duke-McKenna. Thus far, Harrogate have brought in two players and removed two, suggesting that the transfer market is far from over.

Jordan Smith – 4/1

Previously, when on Nottingham Forest’s roster, he had a loan spell with Barnsley and worked as a trader in Yorkshire.
Joe Walsh – 8/1
Walsh, who recently signed a new contract with Queens Park Rangers, is another possible goalkeeping option, although it doesn’t seem likely that he will be their starter anytime soon. He might rise up the ladder with a loan move.
Aiden O’Brien – 10/1
O’Brien, a seasoned frontman with caps for the Republic of Ireland, finished the previous campaign on loan at Sutton United. At the conclusion of the season, Shrewsbury Town released him, and he is currently a free agent.
