The man sustained leg injuries in the collision at the intersection of Wellfield Avenue and Park Brow Drive.
A man in his thirties was sent to hospital after a motorbike and car collided in Kirkby. Emergency services were dispatched to the intersection of Wellfield Avenue and Park Brow Drive in Southdene about 9 a.m. today.
Merseyside Police, Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service, and the North West Ambulance Service all responded to the incident. According to a fire service spokesman, “Crews were alerted at 9.13am and arrived on scene at 9.17am, with two fire engines attending.” When we arrived, there was a two-vehicle road traffic collision involving one motorbike and one car.
“The car was on all four wheels with the driver out of the vehicle prior to fire service attendance. The motorcycle rider was assessed by North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) before being conveyed to hospital.”
