Man, 26, dies after crash in Broadstairs, Kent Police are appealing for witnesses

He was airlifted to hospital where he later died

A man has died following a serious crash in Broadstairs. Kent Police say they are continuing to appeal for witnesses and anyone with video footage or information to come forward.

The collision happened in Fairfield Road. A pedestrian was walking near the junction with Fair Street when he was involved in a collision with a black Nissan Qashqai, which stopped at the scene.

The 26-year-old man was airlifted to hospital where he later died. Police enquiries into the incident are ongoing and there have been no arrests.
