A motorbike rider is fighting for his life after colliding with a curb.
The rider was transported to the hospital after suffering life-threatening head injuries. At 4.20 a.m. today, an accident occurred on Crossley Lane in Mirfield. The incident featured a Talaria Sting R off-road e-motorcycle transporting two individuals.
The bike was going away from the Sunny Bank Road junction when it collided with the curb, knocking the rider and pillion passenger to the ground. The passenger sustained minor head injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the bike prior to it, or who has video footage, is asked to call West Yorkshire Police on 101 or go online and quote reference 199.
