A major road between Horsham and Billingshurst is reported to be blocked following a crash.
The A264 Horsham Road near its intersection with the A29 at Five Oaks is reportedly experiencing traffic jams in both directions.
According to the AA, the collision occurred earlier this morning close to the Audi garage.
On its traffic bulletin, the AA said: “Road closed and long delays due to crash, a car and a pedestrian involved on A259 Worms Lane both ways from Hoe Lane to B2132 Yapton Road. There is an air ambulance on scene.”
