Thieves who grab £15,000 worth of jewellery and watches in Billingshurst burglary named

An estimated £15,000 worth of jewels and watches were taken by thieves during a daylight raid on a Billingshurst home.
According to the police, the Marringdean Road residence was broken into on September 18 between 10.15 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. while the occupant was away.

According to a spokesperson: “Money and a number of jewellery items, including watches, necklaces, and earrings, valued at around £15,000, have been stolen.”

According to the police, a home on Rowan Drive in Billingshurst experienced another daylight break-in on September 19. “The house was broken into during the day while the occupant was out and returned home to find a messy search had been carried out,” the spokeswoman stated. How access to the property was obtained remains unknown.

A quad bike, chainsaws, a trailer and hedge trimmers were taken by robbers who broke into a shed on Brighton Road in Lower Beeding. Sometime between 10 a.m. on September 16 and 8.30 a.m. the next day, the break-in occurred.

According to the police the thieves name still remain hidden because of their family status in the community
