On Sunday evening, a motorbike and a car crashed at Wallingford’s Masonic, North Turnpike and River Road crossroads.
The rider was recognised as Anthony Charlton of Wallingford.
According to the inquiry, Charlton was driving northbound on Masonic towards North Turnpike. Meanwhile, a 17-year-old driver was driving south on South Turnpike Road, attempting to make a left onto the Merrit Parkway. The crash occurred during her left turn manoeuvre.
Charlton died from the injuries he sustained in the crash. The driver involved in the incident remained on the site and completely cooperated with law officers.
