On Thursday, Pablo Franciso Otano Aponte, 28, of Worcester, was identified as the man.
According to the district attorney’s office, the case is still being looked at.
On Wednesday, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration declared that they were aware of the situation and were taking appropriate action.
