I had to learn to adapt because I can’t simply go out there and pound my knee into the ground because I was pretty much limited every day at practice and other events during the season. I needed to prepare for Sunday.

After suffering a knee injury in week 2 that would sideline him for the rest of the season, Crosby went on to play all 100 defensive snaps for the team in 10 more games, only missing 80% of them during a blowout loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. In addition to trying to maintain his health, Crosby has been looking for ways to improve his performance in the upcoming year.
